Bloomsbury commission Jacqueline Bissett for cover and chapter heading illustrations to enrich a book by Kamin Mohammadi.
Jacqueline’s task was to draw black and white illustrations for the start of each chapter of the book and create an attractive piece of art for the cover. The book tells the story of Kamin Mohammadi, an Iranian born, prolific London journalist who moved to Italy after feeling burnt out. It details her playful venture into living the Italian way in Florence, featuring recipes, phrases and tips, embellished by Jacqueline's stylish drawings.
