The Ice Dancer

Oliver Li illustrates a story about digital wellbeing and healthy habits for Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press.

Oliver's first children’s book, The Ice Dancer, was published in China last month as part of a Grade 5 educational series from Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press.

Written by Jane Langford, the book explores the impact of smartphone use on sleep, using a simple story to introduce children to digital wellbeing and healthier sleep habits.

Oliver created colourful scenes around the book’s central ice-skating theme - his textured artwork adding warmth and character to the educational story.
