Agent Assistant in Shanghai, China.
We are looking for an assistant agent to support Amary in Shanghai.
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of the local advertising, graphic, editorial, publishing and illustration/animation markets, have an engaging personality, with an organised, professional, ambitious, empathetic and determined nature.
The role will involve:
- communications with artists, clients and agents around the world,
- translations of client briefs, and communications during the commission between the parties
- update and manage social media news on WeChat and Weibo
- update and translate artist and agency news on the website
- make portfolio presentations to clients
- support local marketing efforts
- research new talent to recommend to the team
- help in recruitment and onboarding new talent
Fluent spoken and written English is essential.

Agent, Japan
We are looking for an agent to represent us in Japan.
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of the local advertising, graphic, editorial, publishing and illustration/animation markets, have an engaging personality, and be organised, professional, empathetic and determined by nature.
