Tim Weiffenbach studied at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and graduated with a degree in communication design. Tim has a broad stylistic background and offers a spectrum of corporate design, character development, icons/infographics and editorial design. In visual communication, he is particularly interested in conceptual challenges such as coherent and formally surprising design concepts. In addition to his work as an illustrator, he teaches as a professor for illustration and animation at Macromedia - Campus Frankfurt. He was chairman of the Illustratoren Organisation e.V. for many years, is a member of international juries, an honorary member of several international illustrators' associations and has won international awards and prizes.
