Scenes from Bengaluru Apartment Life

A Year in the Life of Alice Baby House: This was a commissioned illustration for a Christmas card. It tells the story of an eventful year in the life of an apartment building in the back-streets of Bengaluru, and the colourful cast of characters who inhabit it. For the composition and colour palette I drew on Bengaluru's characteristic intensity and sensory bombardment, as well its lush greenery.
