Vicky created a cover and two spreads in her playful paper-collage style to accompany a story about a child exploring the winter woods with their grandmother.

Her layered textures and warm, tactile details give the setting a tangible charm, capturing both the quiet magic of the season and the intimacy of family moments.

Commissioned by the RSPB Children’s Magazine, the illustrations enrich the story’s gentle rhythm, drawing young readers into the crisp landscape.
