Heather's piece was created for an article in the magazine on the legal pioneer who defended victims of gender discrimination and helped define such concepts as 'hostile work environment'. One of his clients, Mabel King, successfully sued when she was passed over for promotion by someone who was having a sexual relationship with her supervisor.
