L'illustratrice d'événements en direct Briana Kranz a un flair pour le travail expressif de la ligne, la création de marques et les éclaboussures de couleurs indulgentes qui la rendent naturelle dans le monde de la mode. Avec un sens intuitif du style et de la beauté, Briana réalise à la fois des commandes d'illustrations et des portraits en direct lors d'événements de mode. Elle aime expérimenter avec des lignes et des formes à travers un éventail de médias, et quand elle ne travaille pas, elle aime s'imprégner de la beauté de la nature en faisant de la randonnée, du camping et de la collecte de roches. Certaines de ses plus grandes inspirations incluent Chuck Close, Helen Frankenthaler, Stina Persson, Antonio Lopez et Kenneth Block. Briana s'est spécialisée dans l'illustration et la conception graphique à l'Academy of Art University de San Francisco, où elle enseigne maintenant l'illustration de mode parallèlement à sa bouillonnante carrière de pigiste.

Approche

Avec une formation en graphisme, Briana recherche l'équilibre dans ses compositions. Elle travaille sur plusieurs supports, dont l'encre, l'aquarelle et le pastel. «J'expérimente ainsi qu'une sensation apparemment sans effort, avec un élément de réalisme ou de ressemblance», dit-elle.

Style

Le style de Briana est sensible, lâche, intuitif et expérimental. Lors du dessin en direct, un style rapide et expressif prend le dessus, tandis que ses commandes bénéficient de plus de temps et de précision pour une finition plus fine.
