Il est titulaire d'un BA en communication Conception de la Hochschule für Kommunikation und Gestaltung à Stuttgart. Grâce à ses compétences en animation, il transforme habilement les dessins en images animées, ce qui est parfait pour les projets ayant une dimension de médias sociaux.

Une réponse spontanée est importante pour Samy, c'est pourquoi il travaille dans Procreate sur son iPad en utilisant un flux de travail optimisé pour les délais serrés. Lorsqu'il anime, Samy transfère ses dessins initiaux sur son PC et les met en mouvement.

Il utilise des couleurs pastel riches, et bien que son travail ait une sensation numérique nette, il ajoute de petits éléments d'ombrage et de texture pour lui donner vie.
