Basé à Cologne, Tobias Göbel est un artiste qui crée des mondes illustrés uniques remplis de personnes, de lieux, d'architectures et de produits intéressants. Le dessin est une obsession pour Tobias, et à travers lui, il a créé son propre langage visuel.

Avec des clients dans la musique, la mode et la culture populaire, Tobias est fortement influencé par des groupes post-punk comme Joy Division, Bauhaus, Wire et Killing Joke et il joue également de la guitare basse et écrit des chansons. Cette critique sonore de la culture transparaît dans ses dessins, qui recherchent les imperfections, étirent les idées et mettent en évidence l'incongru. Tobias a une formation en graphisme et en préservation d'œuvres d'art.

Approcher

Tout d'abord, Tobias dessine les principaux éléments de ses images avec des feutres fins, des crayons de couleur, des aquarelles, des craies, des feutres et plus encore. Puis il les scanne, arrange la composition et peaufine la couleur sur son ordinateur. Pour un look plus net et plus net, il travaille dans Illustrator, mais s'il veut quelque chose d'un peu plus lâche, il utilisera Photoshop.
