A Year of Zen

Written by Bonnie Myotai Treace, A Year of Zen is illustrated delicately with Veronica Collignon's nature inspired artworks.

The wellbeing book guides the reader through fifty two weeks of journal prompts aimed to inspire self-exploration, reflection, and mindfulness. Combining the practice of Zen Buddhism with journaling, the book helps to open your mind to a happier more fulfilling life. Veronica was commissioned to produce the interior illustrations with a variety of flowers, branches, seeds, birds, and different nature and zen-inspired objects, all created with ink and watercolour.
