She Creates Change

She Creates Change contains 25 stories of courageous young women and their heroes.

Seng Gechly, illustrated softly by Débora, is a young author who gained followers on social platforms by sharing videos with excerpts from her book series. The young Cambodian woman followed her literary passion despite mental health difficulties and has become a role model for other teenage girls.

This project is part of Room to Read publication in partnership with Rebel Girls, which features stories of girls supported by the program. Room to Read works to increase literacy among young women around the world.
