Mike Hall captures Japanese scenes for Mitsubishi Pencil Europe's Uni-Pin fineline sets.
Used for the new branding and packaging of their pen sets, the client commissioned Mike for drawings of Himeji Castle, the famous historical landmark in the city of Himeji in central Japan, and a view of an atmospheric residential street in Tokyo, with the Skytree in the background.
Created using the Uni-Pin fineliners on Bristol board, Mike's artworks are based on firsthand experiences from photographs he took on a trip to Japan in 2016.
