Silubra

Rohan Eason energises Imogen Rost’s Silubra with a vivid new cover for German fantasy.

London-based Rohan has unveiled the striking cover for Silubra: Band 1: Der Gesang des Eisens by German author Imogen Rost, commissioned by the book’s publisher to bring a pivotal fantasy moment to life.

The artwork channels Rohan's Arthur Rackham‑infused style in full colour to depict the novel’s gripping scene of the hero fleeing a grizzly and glimpsing a glowing city, balancing line, ink wash and tonal watercolour to evoke an old‑world saga aesthetic.

Silubra tells the tale of Ferwin, the son of a bear hunter, whose discovery of a mysterious amulet sets him on an epic quest toward a sunken city and hidden truths in a mythic world.

Rohan's piece, now featured on editions rolling out across Germany and beyond, amplify the book’s classic hero’s‑journey spirit.
