Sound Magic

For the March 2026 edition, Juliana was commissioned to interpret “Sound Magic” as a richly layered double spread. Her composition moves like a live performance across the page, weaving portraiture, architecture and symbolic detail with beautiful rhythm.

Figures inhabit balconies, stairwells and imagined stages, turning the magazine format into a theatre of ideas where language feels physical and participatory.

The palette is warm and inviting, ensuring themes around spoken word remain accessible to AQUILA’s young readership.
