Over four months, Briana produced 175 small illustrations that gather like a slow unfolding of the year.
Commissioned for Quarto’s A Year of Garden-Inspired Living, the work moves through spring, summer, autumn, and winter, linking simple moments of home life with gardening gestures and seasonal change.
Briana worked on small, steady observations that feel intimate and lived-in, as if collected from the edges of daily routine. The drawings support the book’s gentle structure, adding texture and warmth as it guides readers through ideas of domestic living shaped by nature’s pace.
