Lady Gangnam

At the centre of A Dama de Gangnam is Oh Miná, a successful television professional whose carefully constructed life begins to unravel when she starts receiving threats. Set against Seoul’s affluent Gangnam district, the psychological thriller explores family tensions, relationships and the darker side of a world obsessed with status.

Ing’s lo-fi approach brings simple comic-style drawing together with robust line work, vibrant colour juxtapositions and contrasting shapes.

The Brazilian edition is due to be released in this month at the 28th International Book Biennial of São Paulo.
