Gua Sha is a natural healing remedy derived from Chinese Traditional Medicine. It can also be called coining or spooning. Gua Sha is mainly used for lymphatic drainage, relieving facial tension and lifting the skin! The method requires using a massaging tool to rub or scrap along the skin.
