Parotid Tumor

A powerful cover for JADPRO is created by Alex Webber on the identification of a Parotid Tumor.

Alex's illustration is inspired by the story of a forty-year-old patient with a tumor that needed to be treated quickly. However, due to its location, physicians faced challenges in determining the tumor's specific type.

The cover illustration emphasizes the human aspect behind the disease for a feature which highlights a new rapid testing method, enabling doctors to identify the appropriate treatment within days instead of weeks.
