Patient Care

Juliet Percival brings warmth and clarity to medical illustrations for Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale.

Juliet created a series of 18 full-color medical illustrations for patient information booklets titled Anaesthesia Information and Nerve Damage Associated with Spinal or Epidural Anaesthesia.

Commissioned by Christoph Czarnetzki, Director of the Cantonal Department of Anaesthesia at Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (EOC), these illustrations are designed to help patients understand what to expect before, during, and after anaesthesia.

The booklets provide clear and accessible information about the preparation process, different anaesthetic options, potential side effects, and pain relief choices, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their care.

Juliet's compassionate artwork enhances comprehension by visually guiding patients through each stage of their surgical journey.
