For All Women and Girls

Bárbara was tasked with creating a series of six stamps and a souvenir card that honor this year’s theme: “For ALL Women and Girls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.”

Her artwork beautifully captures the strength, resilience, and aspirations of women and girls worldwide, emphasising their role as catalysts for lasting change.

This milestone year marks the 30th anniversary of the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action, the most progressive blueprint for gender equality ever adopted. With just five years left to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, Bárbara's powerful visuals serve as a call to action - championing education, health, peace, and economic empowerment, while addressing emerging priorities such as climate justice and digital inclusion.
