Lone Wolf in Lights
BoomArtwork was commissioned by Harlequin to design the cover for Lone Wolf in Lights, the latest romantic novel by USA Today bestselling author Stacey Kennedy.
Known for her contemporary stories full of heat, heart and happy endings, Kennedy’s newest title called for a typographic treatment that would shine both literally and figuratively.
Working from an initial coloured pencil sketch, BoomArtwork developed a dynamic, illustrative composition in Adobe Illustrator, layering embellishments and a striking 3D effect to give the title extra shelf appeal.
Wrapped in glowing string lights and filled with bold personality, the final artwork captures the warmth and whimsy of the storyline.
