Colour and Feeling

The Rainbow is Me is a picture book introducing children to ideas around emotions, self-awareness and mindfulness. Aimed at children aged six to ten, the book uses the colours of the rainbow to explore different feelings and qualities, from strength and safety to wisdom and peace.

Germán’s illustrations accompany this journey through colour, helping to shape the visual world of a book designed for reading at home, in classrooms and in yoga or wellness settings.
