Alex’s piece biologically visualises Lynch Syndrome - an autosomal dominant mutation which dramatically increases an individual’s chance of developing colorectal cancer, endometrial cancer and various other aggressive cancers at a relatively young age. Alex has the ability to draw these conditions in a sensitive way;  both with her palette and approach.
